WA Arena
WA Arena has 91,000 square feet under roof, 175 total stalls and 64 RV hookups (30 & 50 amp). There is plenty of parking space. All stalls are pre-bedded. There are 18 holding pens for cattle under roof and room for more outside
The main (red) arena is 150×300 ft with 3 Big Ass fans. We have Priefert panels available for your individual needs. There is a 140×150 ft covered stall barn attached with 100 pre-bedded stalls.
Inside the arena area is a seating/stage area that is 18×30. We have an indoor lounge area with tables, chairs and a long bar in front of large windows overlooking the arena. This area is heated and cooled with restrooms and approximately 1000 sq feet.
Upstairs is the announcers/office area also heated and cooled and about 400 sq feet.
The gray barn has 75 stalls in it and a covered warm up arena. The warm up arena is 100 x 120.
The arenas can be rented together or separately depending on what you need. And tractor rental is available if needed.
